In 2012, he defended his candidate's thesis for the degree of candidate of physical and mathematical sciences (Ph.D.) on the topic "Physical properties of solid solutions with stoichiometric vacancies based on mercury sulfide and selenide."
From 2008 to 2011, he studied at a postgraduate course (specialty - 01.04.10 - "Physics of semiconductors and dielectrics") at the Department of Electronics and Power Engineering of the Yuri Fedkovich Chernivtsi National University.
