In 1990, he graduated from Yuri Fedkovich Chernivtsi State University (specialty "Semiconductors and dielectrics").

From 1993 to 1996, he studied at a graduate school (specialty - 01.04.10 - "Physics of semiconductors and dielectrics").

In 1996, he defended his candidate's thesis for the degree of candidate of physical and mathematical sciences. 

From 1999 to 2003, he worked as an assistant at the Department of Electronics and Power Engineering. Since 2003, he has been working as an associate professor at the Department of Electronics and Power Engineering.
