In 2002, he completed his master's studies at Yuriy Fedkovich Chernivtsi National University (specialty "Solid State Physics"). Master's degree in physics (with honors).
From 2002 to 2005, he studied at the graduate school of the Yuriy Fedkovich Chernivtsi National University (specialty 01.04.07 - "Solid State Physics").
In 2005, he defended his thesis "Effect of isovalent Mg admixture on the structural and optical properties of ZnSe crystals" and obtained the scientific degree of Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences with the specialty 01.04.07 - Solid State Physics.
Since 2007, he has been working as an assistant professor at the Department of Electronics and Power Engineering.
Since 2014, a member of the Methodological Council of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Physical, Technical and Computer Sciences.
In 2020, he defended his thesis "Development of light emitters and photodetectors based on heterolayers of II-VI compounds" in the specialty 05.27.01 - solid-state electronics and obtained the scientific degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences.
In 2022, the academic title of associate professor of the Department of Electronics and Power Engineering was awarded.
