In 1975, he graduated from ChSU (Department of Semiconductor Microelectronics) for
specialty "Physics".
In 2002, he defended his candidate's degree at the Institute of Thermoelectricity of the National Academy of Sciences
dissertation on the topic "Photosensitive elements and thin film interference
filters based on CdSb and In4Se3", specialty 01.04.01 - Instrument physics,
elements and systems.
In 2011, he was awarded the academic title of associate professor of the Department of Physics
of semiconductors and nanostructures of ChNU.
Since 2016, the head of the Department of Physics of Semiconductors and Nanostructures.

Since 2020, associate professor of the Department of Electronics and Power Engineering
Author of about 170 printed scientific works.
Hobby: candidate for master of sports in mountaineering
