Education:
In 1991, he defended his PhD thesis for the degree of Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences on the topic "Vibronic interaction in CdTe doped with 3d elements".
From 1986 to 1989, he studied in graduate school (specialty - 01.04.10 - "Physics of Semiconductors and Dielectrics") at the Department of Theoretical Physics of Chernivtsi State University.
In 1984 he graduated from Chernivtsi State University (specialty "Physics").

Experience:
Since 2020, he has been working as an associate professor at the Department of Electronics and Energy.
Since 2019, he has been a member of the Methodological Council of the Institute of Physical, Technical and Computer Sciences.
From 2010 to 2020, he worked as an Associate Professor at the Department of Semiconductor Physics and Nanostructures.
In 2016, he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Semiconductor Physics and Nanostructures.
